Jeff and Linda Honeycutt of Mammoth Spring have announced the marriage of their daughter, Renea Honeycutt, to David Parker, son of Rose Marie Parker of Sikeston, Mo., and the late Danny Joe Parker.
The wedding was held Feb. 26 at Byrd Free Will Baptist Church in Myrtle.
The bride is the granddaughter of Tom and Jessie Mae Garrison of Myrtle, and Hiram and Shirley Honeycutt of Ravenden. She is the great-granddaughter of Lucille Garrison of Myrtle and Mamie Gann of Williford.
The bride wore a strapless ivory gown with gathering at the waist. The dress also had a lace overlay down the front with accents of embroidered roses and beads. She carried a bouquet of purple and ivory wisteria flowers.
The maid of honor was Susan Scherlinger of Bosworth, Mo. She wore a sage green dress and carried a purple and ivory wisteria bouquet. The sisters of the bride, Cheyenne and Sammie Jo Honeycutt, were junior bridesmaids. They wore sage green dresses and each carried a white and a red rose. They gave the red roses to the mothers of the bride and groom.
The best man was Gary Horvath of Springfield, Mo. Ushers were Sherman Garrison of Myrtle and Craig Gordon of Sikeston. Servers were Laura Couch and Debbie Pollock, both of Sikeston, Rachel Pollock of Sikeston was the music coordinator. The ceremony was officiated by Daryl Johnston of Thayer.
The bride is employed by Cox Health Plans, and the groom works at St. John's Hospital, both located in Springfield. The couple will reside in Nixa.
