Runsick elected to American Angus Association

Roy S. Runsick of Evening Shade has been elected as an alternate delegate to the 121st annual meeting of the American Angus Association, Nov. 15 in Louisville, Ky.

Runsick, a member of the American Angus Association, with headquarters in St. Joseph, Mo., is one of 343 Angus breeders who have been elected by fellow members to serve as alternate state representatives to the annual meeting. Representing 47 states, the District of Columbia and Canada, the state delegates will participate in the business meeting and elect new officers and five directors to the Angus Association Board.

The annual meeting is held in conjunction with the annual banquet and the supper Point Roll of Victory Angus Show Nov. 13-16 during the North American International Livestock Exposition.

The American Angus Association has more than 35,000 active members and is the largest beef breed organization in the world.
