Larry D. Arnold, 48, of Evening Shade, passed away Sept. 22, 2004, at White River Medical Center in Batesville.
Arnold was born Oct. 4, 1955, in Thayer, Mo., the son of Frank and Alta (Walls) Arnold. He was a graduate of Evening Shade High School. He worked most of his life in logging, construction and as a carpenter. He was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his father and mother -- Frank and Alta Arnold of Evening Shade; one daughter and son-in-law -- Leah and Curt Wooldridge of Evening Shade; two sons, Jesse N. Arnold of Baghdad, Iraq, and Jake Arnold of Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; one brother, Frankie Ray Arnold of Evening Shade; one sister, Della McFarlin of Evening Shade; two granddaughters, Haley Megan Wooldridge and Ashley Nicole Wooldridge; two nieces; one nephew; and two great nephews.
Funeral services were Sept. 25 at the Camp Ground Community Building with burial following in the Camp Ground Cemetery near Evening Shade.
Arrangements were under the direction of Tri-County's Cherokee Chapel of Highland, Ark.
