A Mammoth Spring man, his wife and a friend were charged Nov. 4 with multiple drug offenses after officers from the 16th Judicial District Drug Task Force, Arkansas State Police, Arkansas Highway Patrol and the Fulton County Sheriff's Department raided their home in Mammoth Spring.
Douglas Ray Milde, 42, his wife Kimberly Raye Milde, 37, and Leann Seibert Hutson, 22, have been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia with the intent to manufacture, a class B felony; possession of methamphetamine, a class C felony; possession of drug paraphernalia, a class C felony; and manufacture of marijuana, a class C felony.
In addition, Hutson has been charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, a class C felony; and possession of pseudoephedrine with the intent to manufacture, a class D felony.
According to the 16th Judicial District Drug Task Force, the Mildes and Hutson were manufacturing methamphetamine and marijuana and selling it from their home.
Bond for Douglas Ray Milde and Leann Hutson was set at $25,000 apiece. Kimberly Raye Milde wasn't held due to health problems, said Fulton County Sheriff Lloyd Martz.
Milde and Hutson posted bond Nov. 10. All three are slated to appear in Fulton County Circuit Court Dec. 6.
