George M. Koker, 85, of Racine, Wis., formerly of Cherokee Village, died Saturday, Nov. 24, 2001 in Wisconsin. He was born in Batavia, Ill., Sept. 15, 1916, son of the late Walter H. and Jessie (Nee: Partlow) Koker. He was married Dec. 30, 1957 to Alyce J. Davis. He was employed by Knox Motors for many years until his retirement in 1977. He was a member of the Teamster Local 200, and the Cherokee Village Indians Lions Club.Survivors include his wife, Alyce J. Koker; his son, Leland Blain; his daughters, Sherry (Glenn) Hubrich, Audrey Blain, Carol (William) Schukow, Jacqueline (Bernard) Nemoure, Clark (Mary) Gable, William (Karen) Forss, Robert (Margi) Forss; 57 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Earl Koker and Robert Koker; one sister, Hazel De Michael; nieces and nephews; and other relatives and many friends.A memorial service with interment was held at West Lawn Memorial Park in Racine Wis., at 1 p.m. with Rev. Bill Dietzler officiating. Arrange-ments were under the direction of Maresh-Meredith & Acklam Funeral Home of Racine, Wis.
