Arlie Pulver, 79, of Hardy passed away Oct. 7, 2004, at the Ash Flat Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
He was born June 10, 1925, in Little Rock, the daughter of Lida Reans and Hannah Scott Reans. She worked for Wood-haven Lakes, a vacation community in Illinois, before retiring to Arkansas in 1978. She worked at Abundant Life Daycare Center and attended Abundant Life Church in Highland.
Survivors include five sons -- Roy L. Dickey Jr. of Franklin Grove, Ill., Joseph Dickey of Hardy, David Dickey of Pocahontas, Gene Patrick Dickey of Corona, Calif., and Ronald Keith Dickey of Ashton, Ill.; three daughters -- Linda Kirkland of Warren, Penn., Kelly Dickey of Ohio, Ill., and JoAnn Bennett of Rock Falls, Ill.; one brother, Henry Reans of Colton, Calif.; 26 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Roy L. Dickey Sr.; her second husband, Leonard Pulver; one son, Perry Dean Dickey; one grandson, Roy Dickey; and four brothers -- Raymond Reans, Aubrey Reans, Frank Reans and Quinton Reans.
Funerals services were held Oct. 11 at Tri-County's Cherokee Chapel, with Joey Barnes officiating. Burial followed in the Oaklawn Cemetery in Highland.
