OREGON COUNTY -- Andy Roark of Thayer was taken to state prison last week after his probation was revoked.
According to officers with the Oregon County Sheriff's Office, Roark, 20, was found guilty of stealing three calves on Nov. 24, 2001, and was placed on three years probation. Sheriff's reports said that on Sept. 23 Roark was charged with felony burglary and stealing in connection with an incident at the Jason and Sherry Rhoades home located at Rt. 3, Thayer.
It is charged that at this time Roark stole coins valued at at least $500 and not more than $25,000.
