Clarence Franklin Wilson, 84, of Salem, Ark., son of the late Lawrence R. Wilson and Georgia Root Wilson was born Aug. 5, 1919, in Arenzville, Ill. He died Feb. 2, 2004, at his home in Salem, Ark.
He was employed by A.O. Smith in Kankakee, Ill., for 34 years. He served his counry in the United States Air Force during World War II.
Survivors include his daughters -- Sherry Sue Furrow of Bourbonnais, Ill. and Trudy Lynn Sandwell of Albuquerque, N.M.; a brother, Clyde Wilson of Chicago; sisters -- Loretta Rogers of Woodriver, Ill and Ruth Copes of Vermont, Ill.; a sister-in-law, Ilene Wilson, of Sciota, Ill.; his grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by four brothers -- John, Joseph, Elmer and Woodrow Wilson and his parents.
Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Cox-Blevins Funeral Home of Salem, Ark.
