Elsie Wilkerson Montgom-ery, 90, of Cave City, died Feb. 26, 2004, at Cave City.
Born July 29, 1913, at Grange, Ark., she was the daughter of John Robert and Ophelia Powell Wilkerson.
She was a homemaker and member of First United Methodist Church of Cave City.
Survivors include a son, Ronald Montgomery of Conway; four daughters -- Mary Sauve-Mizer of Midland, Mich., Evelyn Johnson of Cave City, Lynda Qualls of Little Rock, and Patricia Poret of White Hall; three brothers -- J.R. Wilkerson of Harrison, and Neal Wilkerson and Billy Wilkerson both of Cave City; two sisters -- Mary Helen "Susie" Deering and Anella Adams, both of Batesville; 14 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Enon Moses Montgomery; a son, Donald Montgomery; seven brothers -- Spurgeon, Barton, Woodrow, Edgar, Morrison, Stanley, and Taylor Wilkerson; three sisters -- Bobby Jean Kelly, Effie Taylor and Maude Sullivan; and a grandson, Nicholas Sauve.
The funeral was Feb. 29 at First United Methodist Church in Cave City with Wayne Johnson and Tommy Moseley officiating.
Burial followed in the Fairview Cemetery located east of Cave City with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
Pallbearers were David Montgomery, Michael Carpen-ter, Jason Montgomery, Josh Montgomery, Mark Johnson, Michael Sauve, Jeff Sauve and Paul Sauve.
Honorary pallbearer was Jeremy Johnson.
