The Fulton County Full Strutters banquet is slated for March 26.
People wanting to have a good time in the name of conservation are invited to attend the Wild Turkey Super Fund banquet at 6 p.m. March 26.
Fred's Fish House will be catering the meal and the Fulton County Full Strutters are sponsoring the event at the VFW building just off Highway 9 approximately 3 miles west of Mammoth Spring.
NWTF banquets provide a fun environment to boost membership and to raise money for t wild turkeys. Money is raised through ticket sales, silent auctions, live auctions and a variety of high-energy prize raffles. Money raised during a banquet goes into the Wild Turkey Super Fund, which is used throughout the United States, Mexico and parts of Canada to enhance wild turkey habitat and to supplement state and provincial agency efforts to restorewild turkey populations. In addition, each chapter may offer a $500 scholarship to area graduates. This year, seniors from Highland, Salem and Mammoth Spring participated.
