Thelma Marie Stone, 87, of Hardy, Ark., was born Aug. 26, 1920, in Portia, Ark., and died Nov. 3, 2007 at the University Medical Center in Little Rock.
She was a life long member of the Church of Christ.
She was united in marriage to William Henry Stone on May 9, 1942.
She is survived by: two sons, Eldon Stone and wife Linda of Ashland, Miss., Michael Stone and wife Cheryl of Mammoth Spring, Ark.; one sister, Sondra Sherman and husband John of Charleston, S.C.; three brothers, Jake Henry and wife Donna of Hardy, Donald Henry and wife June of Jonesboro, Randall Henry and wife Janice of Lebanon, Tenn.; 10 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and friends.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Sircy Henry and Ida Stout-Henry; three infant siblings; three sisters, Kathleen, Vera and Betty Faye; and one brother, her twin Delmar Henry.
Services were held Nov. 6 at the Ward Street Church of Christ in Hardy with Gerald Bolin officiating. Interment was in the Williford Cemetery with arrangements under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home of Mammoth Spring.
