A two-vehicle wreck south of Mammoth Spring on Highway 9 resulted in injuries to a Jonesboro woman. She was air lifted to St. John's Medical Center in Springfield, Mo., on April 10.
Arlin Carman, 66, of Mammoth Spring lost control of his 1999 Chevrolet Suburban and crossed the center line, striking a 2002 Nissan XCS driven by Donna Price, 56, of Jonesboro, authorities said.
According to the accident report, Price's vehicle spun 180 degrees and traveled off the west side of the highway into a ditch.
Carman's vehicle went off the same side of the highway and struck a tree.
Price was treated and dismissed from St. John's on April 14.
