He is being held in the Izard County detention facility without bond and is expected to be returned to the Arkansas Department of Corrections.
Deputy Charlie Melton and Investigator James Humphrey of Izard County Sheriff's Department conducted the investigation.
Larry Joe Herring, 27, of Melbourne was arrested for violation of conditions of parole. Herring is being held in the Izard County detention facility in lieu of bond.
Mark Henry Campbell, 25, of Sage was returned to the custody of the Izard County Sheriff's Department from the Arkansas Department of Corrections. Campbell faces felony charges of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.
