Harry A. Barkoff, 61, of Cave City, Ark., died March 30, 2005, at Atlanta, Ga.
He was born Dec. 19, 1943, at Cardiff, N.J., to Alexander Harry and Ruth Margaret Sear Barkoff.
He was a mechanic, a U.S. Army veteran, and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce Mayes Barkoff of the home; a stepson, Michael Joseph Phillips of Augusta, Ga.; his mother, Ruth Margaret Barkoff of Macon, Ga.; a brother, Chet Barkoff of Macon, Ga.; two sisters -- Rose Harper and Hope Belmonte, both of Atco, N.J.; three grandchildren -- Michael Joseph Phillips of Augusta, Ga., Jennifer Phillips and Leonard Phillips of Niota, Tenn.; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father and a stepson, Leonard Phillips.
The funeral was April 4, at Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Ray Wilkes officiating. Burial followed in Fairview Cemetery located east of Cave City with arrangements under the direction of Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City, Ark.
Pallbearers were Michael Phillips III, Michael Phillips IV, Charles King, Kevin Mayes, Justin King, Chet Barkoff and Leonard Phillips.
