John Peel, 41, of Mountain Home died Dec. 31, 2005, in Mountain Home.
He was born Nov. 22, 1964, in Kansas City, Mo., the son of Darrell and Helen McCandlis Peel.
He was married to Melinda Bell on July 1, 1991, in Mountain Home. He worked as a maintenance supervisor at Eaton Corporation in Mountain Home for more than 20 years and enjoyed woodworking and fishing.
Survivors include his wife, Melinda Peel of the home; two daughters, Monica Peel of Springfield, Mo., and Christina Peel of Mountain Home; his parents, Darrell and Helen Peel of Mountain Home; two sisters, Vicki (Larry) Owen of Springdale and Tina Peel of Mountain Home; uncle, Neal (Wilma) McCandlis of Viola; aunt, Betty (Calvin) Orr of Fordland, Mo.; grandmother, Edna McCandlis and a great-aunt, Ruth Peterson, both of Viola.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Floyd McCandlis.
A private service will be held with arrangements under the direction of Roller Funeral Home of Mountain Home.
