The Mammoth Spring Chamber of Commerce will hold its Annual Solemn Ole Judge Day on Sept. 1 in Mammoth Spring.
This year's events include the 24th annual car show at the Mammoth Spring State Park starting at 9 a.m. The Main Street activities will begin at 5 p.m. and include a rib eating contest, scavenger hunt, horseshoe pitching games, lollipop lick and biggest bubble contest for the kids, wheel barrow races, coconut bowling, and a basketball obstacle course.
There will be free live music by the Spoken For Gospel Singers at 5 p.m. and the Boogie Woogie Country Band at 7 p.m.
The Chamber of Commerce will have a booth with its picture post card winners and a dutch oven demonstration with sampling available. First National Banking Company will have their train available for the kids and Simmons First National Bank will have its annual antique show. The Community Room will have a collection of interesting items on Mammoth Spring.
