A Marshfield, Mo., woman with ties to northeast Arkansas is missing, according to the Webster County Missouri Sheriff's Department.

Samantha Jo Cranford has been missing since Memorial Day.

The 16-year-old woman was last seen in bed at her home at approximately 1 a.m. May 28. Family members discovered she was missing around 7 a.m. that morning, her mother Donna Cranford said.

Cranford is described as about 5-feet, 5-inches tall and 120 pounds, with hazel eyes, sandy colored hair that has been dyed black and a tattoo that reads A7X on her upper arm, Donna Cranford said.

Cranford has relatives that live in Sharp and Izard counties in Arkansas, and individuals are encouraged to contact those county authorities, the Webster County Sheriff's Department at 417-859-3911 or Donna Cranford at 417-773-4715 if they have any information regarding her whereabouts, said Webster County Chief Deputy Robert Brown.

Donna Cranford said she is offering a $500 reward for her daughter's safe return.
