A Fulton County resident was charged with first degree terroristic threatening on Oct. 13.
Alice Shrable filed an affidavit with the Fulton County Sheriff's Department alleging that her ex-husband, Steven D. Shrable, 36, of Gepp had threaten to kill her.
According to his ex-wife, Shrable unexpectedly arrived at her residence on the evening of Sept. 21. When he arrived Shrable was noticeably angry, and he began firing a weapon while at the house, she said.
Shrable then left her residence. After leaving, he allegedly called his ex-wife's cell phone and said he was going to kill her.
Shrable turned himself into the Fulton County authorities after learning about the warrant filed by his ex-wife. He paid a $2,500 bond, and the Fulton County Circuit Court issued him a Nov. 9 trial date regarding the incident.
Shrable would not comment on the incident except to say that his ex-wife's charges are exaggerated.
Alice Shrable could not be reached for comment.
