Wal-Mart gives grant to help with programs

The Ash Flat Wal-Mart made a community grant to Christian Record Services/National Camps For Blind Children/Adults. These programs are for the blind, visually impaired and physically handicapped.

District representative Norine Westerbeck accepted the check on behalf of CRS/NCBC. Westerbeck serves the Sharp, Izard and Fulton County areas.

Services offered are home visits, large print, Braille and audio magazines, along with a one-week program for the blind near Hot Springs Village.
