Ora Lavada Greene Harper, 86, died at Legacy Hospital in Tyler, Texas.
She was born July 16, 1920, in Mammoth Spring to Milton Lorenzo Greene and Calrissia Maye Applegate Greene of Fulton County, who preceded her in death.
She attended the Assembly of God in Mt. Carmel, Ill., for many years.
Survivors include her three sons, George Harper and wife Linda of Mt. Carmel, Ill., Warren Harper and wife Nancy of Alton and Gerald Wayne Harper of Tyler, Texas; a daughter, Leota Rachel Humphreys and husband Mack of Tyler; grandchildren Carolyn Trimble and husband Charles of Allendale, Ill., Michele Cox of Bridgeport, Ill, Bryan Harper of Mt. Carmel, Ill., Loretta Raber and husband Rodney of Princeton, Ind., Mack Humphreys, Heather Hall and husband Stephen of Tyler; Wayne Harper and wife Andrea of West Salem, Ill., John Harper and wife Stephanie of Mt. Vernon, Ind., Elan, Cassidy, Evaline and Iva Harper of Alton, and 19 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were held Oct. 28 at the Moten Cemetery near Mammoth Spring, Ark., with the Rev. Don Tabor of Midway Pentecostal Church of Thayer, Mo., presiding. Arrangements were under the direction of Burks Walker Tippit Funeral Home of Tyler, Texas.
Pallbearers were grandchildren Bryan Harper, Mac Humphreys, Wayne Harper, John Harper, Charles Trimble, Stephen Hall and great-grandson, Daylen Trimble.
