Norman McMurray, 77, of Cherokee Village died April 5, 2006, at the Fulton County Hospital in Salem.
He was a retired railroad conductor.
He was a member of Cherokee Village Methodist Church and a member of the Disabled American Veterans.
Survivors include his wife, Lorrain McMurray; and three daughters, Rae Ann McMurray of Cedarville, Ill., Lynn Morre of Pueblo, Colo., and Kayla White of Madison, Wis.; one sister, Betty Milks of Brodhead, Wis.; one brother, Kenneth McMurray of Valier, Ill.; and four grandchildren.
A memorial service was held April 10 at Cherokee Village Methodist Church with pastor Bob Burton officiating.
Arrangements were made under the direction of the Heath Oak Hill Chapel of Hardy.
