Norman Lester Niederk-lopfer, 71, of Cherokee Village died at his home July 20, 2006.
He was born Dec. 21, 1934, the son of Herman and Anne Niederklopfer.
He was a cement mason for 30 years for B.A. Knipfer and son. He also was a Lutheran.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Karen Christina Niederklopfer; two sons, Perry Wayne of Cherokee Village and Lon Allan of Hollandale, Wis.; two daughters, Kim Christina Foster and Kelly Lee Henning of New Glarus, Wis.; a brother, Donavon Niederklopfer of Prairie Pusac, Wis., two sisters, Marie Lee and Joann Kufner of Kingman, Ariz; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Anne Niederklopfer; two brothers, Walter and Arnold Niederklopfer; a sister, Helen Pernuc; and a grandson, Wesley Wynn Foster.
The memorial service for Norman Lester Niederklopfer, will be announced at a later date in Sauk City, Wis., by the family.
The local arrangements are under the direction of the Higginbotham Funeral Service Inc of Hardy.
