Frankie Thelma Booth, 90, of Moko, Ark., daughter of Samuel Matthew and Ollie Belle Holloway Secrease, was born April 11, 1913, in Moko, Ark., where she lived all her life.
She died March 18, 2004.
She married Hassel Peter Booth in January 1928, at Moko and to this union three children were born.
She spent her working years as a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother and homemaker.
She was a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters - Zelda Vandergriff of Moko and Ruby Kain of New Albany, Miss.; six brothers -- Clay Secrease of Trumann, Ark.; Neal Secrease of West Plains, Mo.; Ted Secrease of Trumann, Shannon Secrease of Florida, Harold Secrease of West Plains and Roy Secrease of Jonesboro; a sister, Wanda Lee Secrease of Wynne, Ark.; a daughter-in-law, Sue Booth of Moko; seven grandchildren -- Hassel Ray Vandergriff and wife, Alice, Vickie Hardin and husband, Tom, Connie Buss and husband, Doug, Stanley Booth and wife, Charlene, Sharon Cooper and husband, Gary, Larry Kain, and Jeff Kain and wife, Debra; nine great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; son, Calvin Curtis Booth; two brothers -- Cleo and Bill Secrease; two sisters -- Velma Barnett and Glacine Booth; half-brother, Luther Secrease and two sons-in-law -- Dutchie Kain and Ray Vandergriff.
The funeral was March 21 at Barker Funeral Home Chapel in Salem with Gary Barker officiating. Burial was in Stateline Cemetery with arrangements under the direction of Barker Funeral Home of Salem.
Pallbearers were Tom Harding, Marvin Hardin, J.L. Hardin, Harold Hardin, David Hardin and Jerry Hardin.
Memorials are preferred to the Stateline Cemetery.
