Mable Wilkinson Stitt Nevedomskis, 92, of Cherokee Village died Sept. 15, 2004, at Eastern Ozarks Regional Health System in Cherokee Village. Born July 3, 1912, at Mazon, Ill., she was the daughter of Blanchard and Ethel Schurak Wilkinson. She lived in the Chicago area until retiring to Cherokee Village in 1977. She was a registered nurse since 1933, a member of the Saint Joseph Alumni of Saint Joseph Hospital in Chicago, a past Matron and Grand Lecturer Emertus of Lombard Chaper of the Order of Eastern Star, a member of EORHS Auxiliary, Life Line, and a of the Spring River Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include many relatiaves and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Pete S. Nevedomskis; and two brothers -- Paul Granby and Byrl Wilkinson.

A graveside service was Sept. 20 at Oaklawn Cemetery in Cherokee Village with Rev. Stanley Jagow officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
