Donald W. King, 50, was born Nov. 23, 1951, in Pocahontas, Ark, the son of Clifton Lee and Mary June Murray King. He went to be with his Lord and Savior Tuesday, March 12, 2002, in Hot Springs, Ark.He was a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church. He managed the Garland County Farmer's Co-op of Hot Springs, and Mount Ida.Survivors include his wife of 29 years, Neal Baker King of Hot Springs; one daughter and so-in-law, Melissa Ann and Jason E. Hipskind of Lakeland, Fla.; one son, Matthew Wayne King of Fayetteville, Ark.; one grandson, Austin Micah Hipskind of Lakeland, Fla.; his parents of Myrtle, Mo.; one sister and brother-in-law, Kathy and Randy Brown of Homestead, Fla.Services were Friday, March 15, 2002, at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tom Brown officiating. Burial was in the Walnut Grove Cemetery at Elm Store, Mo.Pallbearers were Joe Barker, Lloyd Barker, Harris Humphreys, Leon Freeman, Terrill Luter and Randy Barrett.Honorary pallbearers were members of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, employees and board members of Garland County Farmers Co-op of Hot Springs, and Mount Ida, and Dale and Donna Panetti.Memorials can be made to New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, 1534 Shady Grove Road, Hot Springs, AR 71901
