Charles Cameron Brewster, 72, died June 5, 2005, at his home. He was surrounded by his wife, children and grandchildren.
He was a master carpenter and woodworker. He faithfully served his Savior in the church and in his private life. He enjoyed gardening, guitar playing, raising pugs and spending time with his family.
Charles was raised at Day, Ark., and attended high school at Violet Hill. His wife, Jean Gilbreath Brewser was raised in the Myron/Franklin area.
Survivors include his wife, Jean of 54 years; their sons and their wives -- Mike and Patty, Jack and Vicki, Gary and Arletta, and Phil and Shawna; seven grandchildren -- Shauna, Danny, Derek, Susanna, Anthony, Simeon and Aubrey; a brother, Richard and his wife, Nancy; and two sisters -- Mary K. Grider and Betty Ann Mills and husband, Vernal.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Helen Brewster.
Services were held at Open Door Bible Church in Belton, Mo. June 8. Burial followed in the Belton Cemetery. Arrange-ments were under the direction of Charter Funerals.
