A reception followed at Dusty Hills Country Club.The bride is the daughter of Vanessa Kay Williams of Memphis, and Mr. and Mrs. Mark Alan Williams of Easton, Md. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Earl L. McCullough of Salem and Mr. and Mrs. Ralph M. Williams of Bellwood, Ill. She is a graduate of Queens College in Charlotte, N.C.The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Blackwell McElveen of Marion, S.C. He is the grandson of Mrs. James Covington Grimsley of Florence, S.C., and the late James Covington Grimsley, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Thomas McElveen Sr. He received a bachelor's degree in horticulture from Clemson University.Matron of honor was Shannan Hines Kane. Maid of honor was Ryann Elizabeth Pitts. Bridesmaids were Sarah Katherine Mayton, Christina Marie Mueller and Alice Elizabeth James. Flower girls were Jessie McBrayer Duncan, Nora Taylor Duncan, Charlotte Rogers Parrott and Julia Paige Parrott.Charles Blackwell McElveen was his son's best man.
