Harriet Edith Hackley Denoyer, 85, of Horseshoe Bend, Ark., was born Feb. 24, 1920, in Kankakee, Ill., the daughter of James and Dora Ebeling Hackley and died March 6, 2005, at the Community Medical Center in Calico Rock, Ark.
She married Clarence B. Denoyer in Kankakee June 6, 1946.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Mary of the Mount Catholic Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Ruthanne Shepherd and her husband, Douglas, of Glencoe, Ark.; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a daughter, two sisters and three brothers.
The funeral Mass was held March 9 at St. Mary of the Mount Catholic Church in Horseshoe Bend with Father Kevin Atunzu officiating.
Burial was in the Evening Shadows Memorial Park in Horseshoe Bend. Arrangements were under the direction of Horseshoe Bend Memorial Chapel.
Pallbearers were Mike Shepherd, James Shepherd, Randall Shepherd, Willie Moser, Mike Hilliker and Jeff Rains.
Honorary pallbearers were Larry Hines and Jason Shepherd.
