Jack and Tana Despain of Jonesboro have announced the engagement of their daughter, Jacquelyn Dawn, to Jedidiah James Bicker, son of Jim and Sue Bicker of Bexar.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sonny Blankenship and Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Despain, all of Lake City.
She is a 2000 graduate of Nettleton High School and employed at Mid-South Bank in Jonesboro.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Carmon Sanders of Bexar, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Bicker.
He is a 1999 graduate of Salem High School and is a second semester junior pursuing a bachelor's degree in agricultural business at ASU in Jonesboro.
Wedding vows will be exchanged Nov. 30 at 5 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Salem.
All friends and relatives are invited to the wedding and to the reception which will follow at the church.
