Cyril Bernard Bresson, 88, of Horseshoe Bend, Ark., died April 8, 2004, at White River Medical Center in Batesville, Ark.
He was the son of Henry and Aretine Bresson, and was born June 1, 1915, in Burr, Minn.
He married Deloris Wiedmeyer Feb. 12, 1946, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Richfield, Wis. He worked and owned his own auto body shop in Richfield, Wis. He served his country in the United States Army during World War II. He served as a fireman and past president of Lions in Richfield, was a member of Order of Foresters in Canby, Minn. and also was a member of the Horseshoe Bend Knights of Columbus.
Survivors include his wife, Deloris of Horseshoe Bend; two daughters -- Sharon Kurtt and husband, Tim, of St. Paul, Minn. and Lynnette Foster and husband, Jim, of Hot Springs, N.C.; one grandchild, Carley Foster of Hot Springs, N.C.; and one sister, Garnett Kulla of Canby, Minn.
He was preceded in death by his parents; eight brothers and three sisters.
The funeral was April 12 at St. Mary of the Mount Catholic Church in Horseshoe Bend with Father Preske officiating. Burial will be April 15 with Military Honors at S. Mary's Cemetery in Richfield, Wis. Arrangements are under the direction of Horseshoe Bend Memorial Chapel.
