Summer reading program set at MS

Thursday, June 17, 2004

MAMMOTH SPRING -- A summer reading program started June 12 at the Mammoth Spring Public Library.

The program is called "Discover New Trails at Your Public Library."

Librarian Carole Howell said "Children's Time" will be every Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. for children ages 5 to 10. Howell said this will include story time, a video and craft time.

Howell said older children in the Mammoth Spring area are encouraged to sign up for summer reading and keep a log of all the books they have read. They will receive a certificate at the end of the program.
