Marie Twilley, 76, of Hardy died June 28, 2004, at her residence in Hardy.
Born Jan. 26, 1928, in Hardy, she was the daughter of Harry and Ova Henry Robinson. She worked as a cashier and was a member of the 3rd Street Church of Christ in Hardy.
Survivors include two sons -- Robert Lynn Twilley of Salem, and Ronnie Twilley of Hardy; a brother, Robert Robinson of Gulfport, Miss.; three grandchilden -- Matthew Twilley, Rob (Julie) Cox and Ronnie Lynn (Heather) Twilley; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a grandchild, Johnnie Thomas Twilley; and two brothers and sisters.
The funeral was June 30 at Higginbotham Chapel in Hardy with Tom Harris officiating. Burial followed at Hershberger Cemetery in Cherokee Village. Arrangements were under the direction of Higginbotham Funeral Service Inc. of Hardy.
Pallbearers were Jim Thompson, Carl Baldridge, Doyle Evans, Haden Evans, Roger Stark and Kerry Evans.
