Eric Woodrow Ericson, age 91, of Evening Shade, died Sept. 28, 2004, at Cherokee Village.
He was born May 27, 1913, at Brooklyn, N.Y., to Edward Anton Emil Ericson and Auscilla Johnson Ericson.
He was a building trades supervisor with Exxon, an Eagle Scout and scoutmaster for Boy Scouts of America, a member of Whcatsheaf Orient Masonic Lodge and Cherokee Village United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Beverly Kersey Ericson of the home; three sons -- Eric Woodrow Ericson Jr. of Frenchtown, N.J., Thomas Alexander Ericson of Hardy, and Edward Ernest Ericson of Evening Shade; one daughter, Carl Ann Ericson Mussig of St. James, Mo.; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Caryl Elsie Alexander Ericson; four brothers -- Erick Ericson, Arthur Ericson, Edward Ericson and John Ericson; six sisters -- Eva Garner, Olga Tholl, Anna Jorgensen, Esther Betts, Helen Phillips and Elizabeth Ericson.
Memorial services will be Nov. 6, 2004, at 2 p.m. at the Cherokee Village United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ronald Durham officiating. Interment will be at the Cherokee Village United Methodist Church Columbarium.
