Sue Booth began work at Fulton County Hospital Dec. 12, 1967, as one of the housekeeping staff. Her retirement party was held at the hospital Sept. 24.
Booth worked in the housekeeping department for all of her 35 years of employment with the hospital. For the first 25 years she served as a supervisor of her department. She not only did scheduling, supply ordering and linen control, she also worked an assigned area of the hospital where she did the routine housekeeping chores. She was dedicated to keeping a clean environment and will be missed at the Fulton County Hospital in Salem.
