Medora Ann Winter, 78, of Salem, Ark., daughter of the late Roy Weiso and Marie Honess Weiso, was born Nov. 25, 1926, in Ann Arbor, Mich.
She died Sept. 27, 2005, at Fulton County Hospital in Salem, Ark.
She was united in marriage to Harry Edwin Winter on Aug. 11, 1950, in Marshall, Mich., and to this union three children were born.
She was a mother and a homemaker. She was a Jehovah's Witness.
Survivors include her children, Norma Herrera of Carlisle, Ark., Diana (Rollin) King of Salem and Wayne (Glenna) Winter of Viola; sisters, Wava Hartwig of Live Oak, Fla., and Jerri Sue Blood of Otsego, Mich.; her brother, Jack Weiso of East Jordan, Mich.; grandchildren, Jessie and Freddie Herrera, Anthony King and Derek and Cortney Winter; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, a sister, Donna Norton and her father and mother.
Memorial services were held Sept. 29 at the Salem Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness. Arrangements were under the direction of Cox-Blevins Funeral Home of Salem.
