Lowell Duane Lemon, age 58, of Mebelvale died June 3, 2006, in Benton.
He was born March 10, 1948, in Beloit, Kan.
He was a security training officer at Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock.
He was a member of the Christian Motorcyclist Association Bikers Aiming Toward Education (ABATE).
His passions were his family, his friends, his job, motorcycles, collecting wolves and deer hunting.
He served in the United States Navy from Oct.7, 1968, to March 11, 1971, when he was honorably discharged.
Survivors include his mother, Esther "Peggy" Palmer of Salem; a brother, Thomas L. Lemon and wife, Cathy Lee Lemon of Salem; his previous wife, Joyce Ann Blair Van de Grift; and their daughters, Natalie Joy Millard and husband David Leighton Millard, Leticia Diane Melton and husband Bronson Shaundel Melton; his wife, Carolyn Sue Lemon of Mabelvale; a son, Jason Michael Green of Mabelvale; grandchildren, Rebecca Shae Green, Tuesday Nicole Melton, Seth Michael Ray Green and Joshua Leighton Millard; many nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends.
Lemon was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lawrence and Mina Lemon and Tom and Nettie Hale; and his father, Orville D. Lemon.
The funeral services were held on June 7 at Christ Church on Vimy Ridge Road in Alexander with burial following at Arkansas Veterans Cemetery located in North Little Rock.
The minister was Jerry "Punkin" Melton.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Ashby Funeral Home of Benton, Ark.
