Frey accepts ASU honors scholarship

Nicole Frey of Jonesboro, a senior at Jonesboro High School, has accepted University Honors Scholarship to attend Arkansas State University in Jonesboro next fall.

During high school her achievements and activities included: yearbook staff, PALS, earned a 4.0 GPA and was named best dressed.

Her plans are to major in marketing.

Her parents are Len and Renea Frey of Jonesboro.

He grandparents are Jim and Julie McKinny of Ravenden and Tom and Willa Frey of Mammoth Spring.

ASU awards University Honors Scholarships each year through a competitive process based on ACT/SAT scores and grade point average. These are awarded to Arkansas residents who have graduated from Arkansas high schools. The Dean's Scholarship covers tuition and fees for up to 15 credit hours, room and board, plus $1,200 per year stipend. The University Honors Scholarship is the highest award a student can receive.
