Law enforcement officials in Izard County are searching for Johnny Ray Wicoff after a warrant was issued for his arrest Aug. 17.

Wicoff, 41, has been charged with two felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance.

Izard County Sheriff Tate Lawrence said undercover officers bought schedule II pain killers from Wicoff during a controlled drug buy.

Wicoff, a Melbourne native, stands 5 feet 7 inches and weighs approximately 155 pounds. He has green eyes and short brown hair and walks with a limp.

Anyone with information about Wicoff's whereabouts can contact the Izard County Sheriff's Department at 870-368-4203.

All calls can remain confidential.

A Sage man was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, Aug. 17 after a raid at his home.

According to the arrest affidavit, officers found a plastic bag filled with marijuana inside 25-year-old Mark Campbell's house near Zion.

Campbell, who was already on probation in Fulton County, is being held in the Izard County Detention Center.

A female, Kimberly Fiss, was also charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, with intent to deliver in connection with this case.

Fiss, 20, posted a $2,500 bond and is slated to appear with Campbell in Izard County Circuit Court next month.
