5 sentenced in Fulton court

Circuit Court was held in Fulton County Feb. 2.

Joseph Ray Sacra, 26, of Mammoth Spring was sentenced to two years, one suspended, in a regional punishment facility after being found guilty of second degree battery, a class D felony; first degree criminal mischief, a class C felony; aggravated assault on a family or household member, a class D felony; resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor; and first degree terroristic threatening, a class D felony.

Michael F. Cooper, 53, of Saddle was sentenced to 90 days in the Fulton County Jail after being found guilty of witness tampering, a class A misdemeanor.

Roger Lee Bamber, 47, of Mammoth Spring was sentenced to 90 days in jail after being found guilty of third degree battery, a class A felony.

Benjamin L. Lamberth, 18, of Sharp County was sentenced to 120 months probation after pleading guilty to a theft of property charge, a class B felony. Lamberth will also have to pay $1,000 in fines. Lamberth was taken to White River Detention Center Feb. 7 and faces charges in Pulaski County.

Johnny L. Poole, 35, of Jonesboro was sentenced to 10 years, suspended, after pleading guilty to manufacture of methamphetamine, a class Y felony; possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, methamphetamine, a class Y felony; possession of drug paraphernalia, a class C felony; possession of anhydrous ammonia in an unapproved container, a class B felony. Poole will also have to pay $1,000 in fines. Poole was taken back to Craighead County to face theft charges, Fulton County Sheriff Walter Dillinger said.
