Felony drug arrests were made Nov. 7 after Izard County deputies responded to a report of suspicious activity at a residence off Highway 177. Robert Duane Ramey, 27, of Pineville was arrested at the scene.
Ramey was charged with two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance.
According to police, count one involved possession of methamphetamine, a class C felony. Count two involved a second offense of possessing marijuana, a class D felony.
According to officers, Ramey was taken into custody after a foot pursuit by Izard County deputy Jason Jordan.
Ramey posted a $20,000 bond Nov. 13 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.
Three Mount Pleasant men were arrested on felony theft of property charges after allegedly taking timber products.
Larry Wade Cooley, 24, Wesley Joe Cooley, 30, and Larry Joe Cooley 52, were charged.
Each made arrangements for a bond of $10,000 and were released from Izard County Detention Facility.
