Judge Weaver hands down judgements

During the Feb. 4, session of the Fulton County 16th District Circuit Court Judge Tim Weaver handed down the following judgments.

William Thomas Howell, 28, sentenced on the offense of theft of property, was sentenced to 36 months probation with a fine of $1,500 and $700 to be paid in installments to 160 Recycling Center.

Michael E. Henry, 26, sentenced on the offense of violation of Arkansas hot check law. Henry was sentenced to 18 months in the Arkansas Department of Correction and ordered to pay court costs of $420 and $243.38 to the Mammoth Spring Radio Shack.

Jenny L. Shumaker, 25, sentenced on the offense of delivery of a controlled substance -- marijuana, was sentenced to 24 months at a regional punishment facility and ordered to pay court costs of $170.
