Izard County Sheriff Tate Lawrence announces the following arrests:
Elizabeth Deanette Young, 44, of Wideman was arrested Dec. 26 on a felony warrant charging her with financial identify fraud, a class C felony, and fraudulent use of a credit card (four counts), all class C felonies.
Young is accused of obtaining a credit card in the name of a co-worker and charging purchases on the card.
Young posted bond the day of her arrest in the amount of $2,500 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility. Young is scheduled to appear in Circuit Court.
Rhonda Kay Jones, 41, of Calico Rock was arrested Dec. 27 on multiple charges that include driving while intoxicated, obstructing government operations, disorderly conduct, careless driving and driving with a suspended license.
Jones will remain in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of a $3,020 bond.
Jeffery Maddox Johnson, 45, of Red Banks was arrested Dec. 22 on the charge of driving while intoxicated. Johnson was released the following day from the Izard County Detention Facility after posting bond in the amount of $1,055.
Henry Karl Davis, 46, of Springfield, Mo., was arrested Dec. 23 on charges of possession of illegal drugs, possession of an instrument of crime, driving while intoxicated and careless driving.
Davis remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $3,545 bond.
Gregory Edward Wilson, 18, of Evening Shade was arrested Dec. 25 on charges of theft of property and public intoxication. Wilson was arrested Dec. 18 on similar charges.
As of press time Wilson remains in the Izard County Detention?Facility.
Rodney Paul Medling, 33, of Brockwell was arrested Dec. 27 on the charge of possession of illegal drugs.
Medling was taken to the Izard County Detention Facility and was placed on a Department of Correction hold.
Donald Ray Kimble, 55, of Franklin was arrested Dec. 24 on the charge of domestic battery third degree.
Kimble was released Dec. 24 from the Izard County Detention Facility and given a court date.
Four individuals were transported Dec. 28 to the Arkansas Department of Correction by Izard County authorities to begin serving court imposed sentences.
O.T. Mitleff, charged with two counts of rape and one count of sexual assault, was sentenced to 40 years.
Jimmy Pyle, charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), was sentenced to five years.
Larry Herring, charged with theft of property and arson, was sentenced to eight years and Donnie Woodcock, charged with commercial burglary and theft of property was sentenced to four-and-a-half years.
