Austin Springfield earned the win for the Horns, giving up eight hits and one walk while fanning seven in four innings of work.
Jacob Luther worked a scoreless fifth inning for Viola, striking out one.
Viola led 6-3 after three innings, but 12 runs in the fourth by the Longhorns finished off the Katz.
The Norfork Panthers got off to a solid start and never looked back, winning the 1A- 2 West District Tournament championship with a 12-6 victory over the Longhorns April 30 at Viola City Park.
The Panthers picked up two runs off two hits and three Longhorn errors in the first inning, setting the tone for the rest of the contest.
Norfork moved on top 6-0 in the top of the fourth inning, before Viola got on the board in the bottom of the frame.
The Horns, regular-season champs, crossed the plate three times in the fourth, thanks to RBI hits from Jackson Rains, Jacob Payne and Matt Prinner.
But the Panthers refused to budge and built their lead to 10-3 in the sixth.
Viola did notch three more runs in the sixth, one on an RBI hit from Springfield and the other two off a double from Lucas Rains that scored a pair.
In the semi-final round April 29, Viola blasted the Shirley Blue Devils 18-8.
The Horns scored four runs in the first, five in the second and five in the third to cruise to victory. Zane Kunz earned the win, fanning three in three innings of work. Jackson Rains worked the last two frames and posted five Ks.
Payne went three-for-four, including a double and two ribbies, with Lucas Rains also hitting three-for-four with a triple.
Jordan Cotter went two-for-three, while Kasey Humphries added a triple and run-batted-in for Viola.
