Richmond, a national speaker on the healthcare circuit and previous director of finance for Ozarks Medical Center, brings over 25 years of business experience to the center. She received a master of business administration degree from Missouri State University. She and her husband Terry have a son and a daughter.
"Angela Richmond's leadership skills and commitment to excellence are evident to all who meet her. She was the unanimous choice of both the search committee and the full board of trustees," said Nave.
Grasse added, "The hospital needs her expertise not only in administration but also to organize our financial department into an efficiently functioning division of the hospital in order to set the stage for a strong future."
Richmond said, "The Medical Center is changing. The new 13,600-square-foot expansion will provide state-of-the-art services to our communities. Yet, in the midst of this change, it is comforting to see that the mission remains unchanged. From humble beginnings in 1959 to the confident critical access hospital it has become, the Community Medical Center continues to take the responsibility to provide quality medical care and surgical care for our communities with Christian compassion, dignity and understanding. I am proud to be part of such a great organization."
