Sarah Ann Morris and Nathan Duel Camp were united in marriage in the evening of Sept. 9. The wedding took place outdoors at the North Golf Course in Cherokee Village.
Bro. Tommy Stacy of Cornerstone Baptist Church in West Memphis, Ark., performed the ceremony.
Sarah is the daughter of Neal and Leta Morris of Cherokee Village. She is the granddaughter of Maggie Boals of West Memphis. She is a 2002 graduate of Highland High School and is pursuing a pre-law degree from Arkansas State University. She is currently working at Lyons, Emerson and Cone Law Firm.
Nathan is the son of Stanley and Vicki Camp of Pocahontas, Ark. He is the grandson of Glenn Camp and Betty Jane Hoggard, both of Pocahontas. He is a 2001 graduate of Pocahontas High School and is pursuing a degree in finance. He is currently employed at Bancorp South Bank in Jonesboro, Ark.
Sarah wore a white silk taffeta dress, with a modified sweetheart neckline adorned with silver embroidery rocals and bugle beads in a floral pattern. It featured a fitted bodice accented with beading just below the bustline, and a dropped waist echoing the same beading as the neckline. The couturier style of the caught-up skirt was embellished with appliques of silver embroidery rocals and bugle beads flowing onto a chapel train. She also wore a white two tiers veil with scalloped edges adorned with bugle beads, seed pearls and crystals and a tiara. Her bouquet consisted of all white roses.
The maid of honor was Jessica Wolverton, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Lauren Mays, Dana Gill, Linda Fielding and Heidi Schmidt, all friends of the bride, and Renee Morris, sister-in-law to the bride.
The best man was Justin Camp, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Aaron Steenbergen, Brad Hall, Luke Lewallan, Derek Baltz, all friends of the groom, and Jason Morris, brother of the bride.
The miniature bride was Emma Hoggard, cousin of the groom.
The miniature groom was Kade Richardson, cousin of the groom. The flower girls were Emily Housley and Grace Lancaster, both cousins of the bride. The ring bearer was Will Lancaster, cousin of the bride.
Music was provided by pianist Becky Thurman, trumpet by Greg Bruner and soloist Linda Fielding. Melissa Virgin, cousin of the groom, read a poem during the ceremony, and the guest book attendant was Breena Brown, friend of the bride.
The brides' parents hosted the reception at the North Recreation Center banquet hall. Shona Covington was the wedding coordinator and Nancy French was the caterer.
After a honeymoon in Destin Fla., the couple resides in Jonesboro.
