Amy Winberry and Bill Pendergist were united in a covenant marriage ceremony at 11 a.m. on Jan. 6. The service was held at the Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel in Bella Vista. The father of the bride and Rev. Spencer Ray officiated.
Parents of the bride are Dr. and Mrs. Alan Winberry of Salem. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Pendergist of Little Rock.
Lacey Hearn of Hampton, Ga. was the maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Emily Winberry of Rogers, Michelle Ray of Gallatin, Mo., Mary Beth Stafford of Fayetteville and Erica (Hall) Canant of Salem. Daniel Snider of Little Rock served as the best man. The groomsmen were James Davenport of Fayetteville, David Baker of Memphis, Tenn., Thiago Bazler of Shreveport, La. and Eli Arnet of Camp Verde, Ariz.
Amy is a graduate of Salem High School and is currently attending the University of Arkansas School of Interior Design and working part-time at Interior Fabrics and Design in Fayetteville. Bill is a graduate of Arkansas Baptist High School in Little Rock and Lyon College in Batesville. He has recently received a master's degree in business administration from the University of Central Arkansas at Conway and is employed by Flake and Kelley Commercial, of Fayetteville, Ark.
The couple are residing in Fayetteville after a honeymoon in Paris.
