Trout Fest Weekend is scheduled for June 16-18 at Bull Shoals/White River State Park.
A variety of activities and programs will be presented about the river and trout fishing.
Activities include fly tying, fly fishing seminar, basic trout fishing classes, fly casting techniques and children's programs.
The big finale of the weekend will be the Father's Day Tournament on June 18.
The tournament registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. at the Bull Shoals/White River State Park trout dock the morning of the tourney. The fishing time will be from 9 a.m. to noon.
A variety of prizes for many wacky categories will be awarded at the close of the tournament.
Any adult male may form a two-person team with one of their children or grandchildren regardless of the child's age or gender.
There is no registration fee.
