Mickey and Lisa Nesbitt of Cabot, Ark., announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter Michelle Lee, to Trenton James Shipley.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Joseph and Mildred Hauser of Arlington, Texas, and the late Paul and Murtice Nesbitt of Abernathy, Texas.
The prospective groom is the son of Debbie and Darrell Kehrli of Cherokee Village and Dr. Bill and Dena Shipley of Horseshoe Bend. He is the grandson of Cathie Griffin of Clarksville, the late Noble Coggins of Salem, William and Judy Shipley of Kansas City, and the late Kathy Hedrick of Adrian, Mo. Trent is the grand-nephew of the late G.T. and Violet Humphries of Glencoe.
The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Cabot High School and is a senior at UALR in Little Rock, majoring in sociology. She currently is employed as store manager at Aldo's Shoes in Little Rock.
The prospective groom is a 2000 graduate of Highland High School, a graduate of Williams Baptist College in Walnut Ridge, and a third year student at the College of Pharmacy at UAMS in Little Rock.
The couple will exchange vows at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 14 in the chapel at Little Rock Air Force Base at Jacksonville. A reception will follow in the Ballroom Hangar 1080. Due to limited space invitations have been mailed.
After a honeymoon in Paraiso Maya, Mexico, Trent and Michelle will reside in Little Rock until his completion of pharmacy school in 2010.
