Dillinger secured 1,185 ballots in his favor, locking in his third term as Fulton County Sheriff. Bost received 874 votes coming up shy by 311 ballots.
Schaufler received 1,073 votes, which will put him in the assessor's seat in January. Mike Innis came up short receiving 940 votes, 133 behind Schaufler.
Dillinger said he is relieved and it was a good race.
"I feel a lot better. Dennie and myself ran a good clean race and that is the way it is supposed to be," Dillinger said.
"I appreciate the people in Fulton County and I am always here for them with an open door," he said. "I would like to thank everyone in Fulton County."
Schaufler said he has been busy talking with voters and now with the win, he is ready to serve. "I feel really good. I feel like my people, all my help and me, did a lot of work to get here. I started in January and here it is June," Schaufler said.
"I am proud of the fact that we got it done. We had a lot of help and this is what the people wanted. I want to thank all the people who supported me in Fulton County," Schaufler said.
