Clayton Doyle Henderson, 26, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested June 7 on the charge of possessing illegal drugs. Henderson posted bond the following day in the amount of $1,230 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Jeremy Lee Patillo, 27, of Oxford was arrested June 7 on the charge of possession of illegal drugs. Patillo posted bond the following day in the amount of $1,230 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Leamon Waylon Owens, 26, of Wideman was arrested June 7 on charges of possessing a controlled substance. Owens posted bond the following day in the amount of $1,230 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Andrew Neal Ninemire, 19, of Melbourne was arrested June 7 on charges to include possessing a controlled substance and possession of liquor by a minor. Ninemire posted bond the following day in the amount of $1,995 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Rocky Allen Layton, 19, of Rosie was arrested June 7 on charges to include underage DUI, possession of a controlled substance and possession of an instrument of crime. Layton posted bond in the amount of $3,320 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Noel Gene Loosey, 47, of Calico Rock was arrested June 2 on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Loosey posted bond the following day in the amount of $410 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Elijah David Rush, 24, of Melbourne was arrested June 7 on the charge of driving while intoxicated. Rush posted bond in the amount of $1,055 and was released.

Steven Wayne Tate, 26, of Melbourne and Christie Michelle Tate, 23, of Melbourne were arrested June 6 on charges of endangering the welfare of a minor, domestic battering third degree and disorderly conduct. Steven also faces charges of public intoxication. Both remain in the Izard County Detention Facility.

Patsy Ann Hanlin, 36, was arrested June 7 for possession of a controlled substance. Hanlin posted bond in the amount of $1,230 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Deann Marie Post, 43, of Melbourne was arrested June 6 on four counts of shoplifting from Fred's Dollar Store in Melbourne. Post posted bond the following day in the amount of $4,420 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Rita Beth White, 48, of Guion was arrested June 5 on the charge of driving while intoxicated and failure to have vehicle registration. White made provisions for bond and was released.

Danny Wayne Brock, 23, of Calico Rock was arrested June 7 on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Brock posted bond the following day in the amount of $1,410 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Darren R. Miller, 26, of Batesville was arrested June 2 on a worthless check warrant, driving on a suspended license and having no vehicle license plates. Miller posted bond June 4 in the amount of $2,055 and was released.

William Wesley Boothe, 27, of Melbourne was arrested June 6 on the charge of public intoxication. Boothe posted bond the following day in the amount of $205 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Joseph Allen Wolford, 32, of Calico Rock was arrested June 7 on the charge of public intoxication. Wolford later posted bond in the amount of $205 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Charles Daniel Boothe, 24, of Melbourne was arrested June 6 on the charge of public intoxication. Boothe posted bond the following day in the amount of $205 and was released.

Justin Keith Smith, 20, of Concord was arrested June 4 on the charge of felony contempt of court. Smith remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $10,000 bond.

Angelia Renee Elliott, 38, of Oxford was arrested June 4 on a hot check warrant. Elliott posted bond in the amount of $610 and was released.

Kimberly D. Hudson, 36, of Ash Flat was arrested June 3 on a hot check warrant. Hudson later posted bond in the amount of $4,486 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Five Calico Rock area juveniles, two males and three females, were arrested June 6 in connection with breaking into the concession stand at Earl King Park in Calico Rock. All were charged with breaking and entering and theft of property, released to the custody of family and are scheduled to appear in juvenile court.
